You can find the Market Neighborhood crested along the shoreline of Lake Washington just north of downtown Kirkland. Our community of 800+ homes enjoys panoramic views, quiet streets and five diverse parks. These parks are multi-use, ranging from the open rolling grasses of Heritage Park, to waterfront beaches at Kiwanis and Waverly Beach Park, playgrounds and even a wetland preserve at Juanita Bay Park. You will love taking in the families of eagles you'll find swooping high in the trees on any given day.

Our friendly walking neighborhood features diverse architecture, including nine homes that are registered with the historic society. In addition to being able to walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Kirkland, we also have our own small commercial district along the west side of Market Street.

Association meetings are open, and happen on the third Wednesday of odd months, but not in the summer.
